Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the appointment to someone else.
- More than 48 hours’ notice: No charge.
- Less than 48 hours’ notice: The full appointment fee will be charged.
- Late cancellations and missed appointments: The full appointment fee will be charged.
Thank you for your understanding and for giving us as much notice as possible.

Terms of Use
These terms set out how we work together so your treatment is safe, effective, and clear from the very first visit.
- All services are provided by a qualified, registered physiotherapist.
- Treatment is based on clinical assessment and professional judgement, tailored to your individual needs.
- To keep you safe, please disclose all relevant medical history, medications, and existing conditions before treatment begins.
- Vida Physiotherapy reserves the right to decline or discontinue treatment where it is deemed clinically inappropriate or unsafe, and to refer you on where needed.

Your Privacy
Your patient data is handled in line with GDPR and kept strictly confidential. We collect only what we need to provide your care, store it securely, and never share it without your consent — except where required by law or for your safety.
